FC SESA Academy Joins NYCFC Youth Partnership

“New York City FC welcomes the FC SESA Academy, the Nassau County based club, into the NYCFC Youth Partner Program.

By combining forces and becoming a Youth Partner of NYCFC, FC SESA Academy gains access to NYCFC’s First Team training sessions, USSDA Academy training sessions, Youth Partnership Coaching Clinics, access to exclusive matchday experiences, and much more.

FC SESA is an Oceanside based Soccer Academy, currently operating out of 5 outdoor fields in Nassau County. Mitchel Athletic Complex being its primary and central location, drawing players from all over Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as the 5 boroughs.

FC SESA Academy’s top-performing teams currently compete in the US Youth Soccer National League Conferences of the Eastern Development Program League. Since the start of FC SESA, the program has been home to many top-level Long Island youth players both on the Boys and Girls sides, producing players of high quality and USSDA Levels. This youth partnership between NYCFC and FC SESA will now directly link FC SESA players to opportunities within NYCFCs programs.

In May and June 2020, FC SESA Academy will be holding tryouts for Boys and Girls ranging from the birth year 2012-2004, and building highly competitive teams that will compete directly in the National League Conferences of the EDP. Throughout the year, top players will be given a chance to tryout to participate in NYCFC Youth Program ID clinics and camps. These camps and clinics are some of the avenues used to identify players for our academy program.
